This used to be my favorite sushi place, where they employed the most amazing sushi chefs and served great quality sushi that demonstrated the simplicity and beauty of deliciously prepared nigiri.
Now, it's another loud sushi joint that plays amped up music and cranks out rolls that are over sauced and overhyped.
I am bitter to no end about these changes and like a kid who is ready to rebel against the world, I am in full rebellion mode.
Goodbye forever. An end of an era for good sushi experiences at Yosuke. It was good while it lasted. -

I used to go here with family and friends. We all raved about the quality and fair pricing of lunch and dinner. Not to mention the beautiful presentation.
Went there last night with out of town guests. First thing I noticed was empty seats at bar and empty tables at prime time. Normally it's crowded and may have to wait.
Now I know why! New ownership with changes on inflated menu prices and poor quality. Shrimp tempura tasted liked something you could pickup at Costco. For what I paid we could have gone elsewhere for a fabulous meal.
Too bad we will miss the original Yosuke. Let's see how long they will stay in business with empty tables. -

This sushi joint is A-OK!
I had been here a couple times as this is a local place to my office, so my co-workers come here for lunch. The parking is pretty reasonable, and I haven't had an issue parking in this center during the lunch hour on workdays.
The place is pretty small but has tables and a bar. There are lunch specials offered during the week, and that is what I ordered.
The last trip I ordered the sashimi salad and shrimp tempura lunch special with green tea. The special came with soup rice but I declined the rice.
The presentation of both the salad and tempura are very pleasing. The tempura was also very good. The sashimi salad was okay. You get about 5 pieces of you standard fish cuts on top of the salad.
The servers are always nice and you never feel rushed by them.
Overall, it's a small place to make a stop by if you're in the area and in need of a sushi fix! -

This has been my and my wife's favorite spot for dates. Walked in tonight at 6:00 anticipating a wait. To our surprise, there were many open tables. Noticed a change in staff and menus but didn't give it much thought. Sushi arrived and it was very different looking. Not much care appeared to go into the presentation.
My wife took her first bite and made a face. She said it was not good. She turned to see the sushi chefs and they were unfamiliar to us.
We tried the other roll and it was equally bad. Both tasted very strong with a strong order.
Bummed to learn the change in ownership as the quality has really changed in the wrong direction.
Will be finding a new spot.
